Account Information: Name, email, phone number, business name, service area, business hours, and payment information when you sign up.
Business Data: Services offered, average job size, lead sources, CRM details, and other information provided during onboarding.
Lead & Contact Data: Phone numbers, names, and details of leads and customers that enter your TradeWire system through forms, ads, missed calls, or manual import.
Call Data: Phone call recordings, transcripts, call duration, timestamps, caller ID information, and call outcomes.
Usage Data: How you interact with our dashboard, feature usage, and system performance metrics.
Payment Data: Credit card and billing information processed through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and operate the TradeWire service (making/receiving AI calls, booking appointments, lead qualification)
- Train and improve our AI models for your specific business
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send service-related communications (trial updates, billing notices)

We use the following third-party services to operate TradeWire:

4. Call Recording & AI Disclosure
TradeWire records phone calls for quality assurance, AI training, and compliance. Key points:
- Calls are recorded and may be transcribed automatically
- Recordings are stored securely and retained per our data retention policy
- Our AI system discloses its nature when required by applicable law
- You are responsible for complying with your state's call recording consent requirements
- We configure systems to comply with one-party or two-party consent laws based on your location
5. TCPA & Telemarketing Compliance
TradeWire is designed to operate in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We implement:
- Do-Not-Call (DNC) list compliance
- Calling hour restrictions (no calls before 8 AM or after 9 PM local time)
- Opt-out mechanisms for recipients
- Proper caller ID display
You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to contact leads provided to our system.
6. Data Storage & Security
- Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure within the United States
- We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest
- Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel
- We implement industry-standard security measures
7. Data Retention
- Active accounts: Data retained for the duration of your subscription
- Call recordings: Retained for 90 days unless you request longer retention
- After cancellation: Account data deleted within 30 days of cancellation, unless legally required to retain
- You may request data export or deletion at any time

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format

9. Children's Privacy
TradeWire is a business service and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
